Tenderhooks tells small research and consulting firms which public tenders are worth their bid days. Every Monday it sends each firm a short bid plan. It emails the day a new tender fits, and keeps track of the tenders the firm bids for.
What we do
- We read the official notices from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland through the day.
- We match them to each firm's searches, using the notices' own codes and words.
- For each tender we show the buyer's record from official award notices: who won before, at what value, how many bid and how small firms did.
Where we are
Tenderhooks is an independent business based in Portugal. Our server and database are in Finland, in the EU. Write to us (below) and a person replies within one UK working day.
How we handle data
- Official sources only. Tenders come through the sources' public APIs. A national agreement's name, end date and type come from its own page on the Government Commercial Agency's site.
- Personal data in a notice, such as a contact's name or phone number, is removed as it arrives.
- No cookies on this site, and no open or click tracking in our emails.
