- 14 days on the first payment of every plan. If Tenderhooks isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get it back in full.
- 30 days on a yearly plan bought at £249 or €290. If you buy a yearly plan at £249 or €290, you get a full refund if you ask within 30 days of the first payment.
- Renewals: cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charged you by mistake, for example after you had cancelled, tell us and we will put it right.

How to ask
Our reseller Paddle.com handles payments and refunds. Find your order and ask for a refund at paddle.net, or email us at support@tenderhooks.co.uk and we will arrange it with Paddle. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
