Three steps to your Monday plan

  1. Step 1

    Tell us your work

Research or consulting, the regions you cover and the contract sizes you bid for. It takes about two minutes.

  2. Step 2

We check the official notices through the day

We keep the tenders that fit your firm and say why each one matched.

  3. Step 3

Monday at 7:00, your bid plan

Up to five picks: the best fit first, then by deadline. When a fresh tender fits midweek, a same-day email (at most two a day).

Then your firm decides

Everything after the email happens in one place the whole firm shares.

  • Bid or Skip Each pick, for the whole firm, so everyone sees what the firm has decided.
  • Your bids Deadlines, what the buyer changed since, and the result from the award notice.
  • Add to calendar or send to a colleague From any tender.
  • Slack or Microsoft Teams The same plan in your team’s channel, if you like.

Where the data comes from

Tenders and award notices come only from Find a Tender (UK), Contracts Finder (England) and Public Contracts Scotland, read through their official APIs. Tenders never come from scraping websites. A national agreement's name, end date and type come from its own page on the Government Commercial Agency's site. What we cover, and what we don't yet, is on Data sources & your rights.

Who runs Tenderhooks

Tenderhooks is an independent business, not affiliated with Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, the Government Commercial Agency or any buyer. Payments go through Paddle.com, our reseller. The business and its address are on the legal notice.
